Salary: $19.75–$28.75 per hour

What you will do
- Coordinate and schedule inbound freight shipments to distribution centers.
- Monitor purchase order data, the ZAPPT scheduling tool, and Catalyst to support inbound shipment scheduling.
- Schedule daily inbound receiving activity and workload for distribution center receiving teams.
- Work with carriers and distribution centers to resolve inbound delivery issues.
- Reschedule and reprioritize inbound shipments as needed and provide carriers with required information and documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word skills, including document formatting and table management.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print scaling.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
