Operations Manager - Late Shift

Location: CVG2 - Hebron, KY - 1405 Worldwide Blvd; onsite, Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM

What you will do

• Manage daily fulfillment center operations across inbound flow, put away, outbound B2C and B2B orders, and returns.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, operations leads, and warehouse associates while delivering daily operational goals.
• Set and maintain KPIs covering warehouse location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, order productivity, and personnel productivity.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, ICQA activities, SOP compliance, audit readiness, and GMP adherence where required.
• Manage operational budgeting, payroll, scheduling, staffing, and the operational P&L.
• Partner with engineering, quality, implementations, HR, safety, customer service, and operations teams to support client launches and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume direct-to-consumer environment at manager level or higher.
• Experience leading at least 5 salaried employees and at least 60 non-exempt employees.
• Experience leading highly technical operations, including automation, in a facility of 200,000 square feet or larger.
• Experience with WMS configuration and troubleshooting, advanced Excel, and relevant material-handling equipment such as forklifts.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, with strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a distribution center environment, transport up to 20 lbs., and work overtime or occasional non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Process improvement experience with Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
