TL;DR
Registered Nurse, RN (Primary and Ambulatory Care): Providing patient assessments, treatments, screenings, medication administration, and health education in a patient-focused health center with an accent on concierge-style care and clinical documentation. Focus on collaborating with physicians, delivering emergency care within scope, performing EKG and other medical tests, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; onsite at a health center. Full-time, 3-day work week totaling 30 hours, with no weekends. Schedule: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM.

What you will do
- Assess patient care needs, conduct nursing evaluations, and provide treatment within the scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners on further evaluation and care.
- Perform and document medical tests, screenings, and treatments, including EKG, audiometry, spirometry, and vision testing.
- Administer medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.
- Maintain medical equipment, patient health records, infection-control procedures, and a clean, safe care environment.
- Educate patients on health promotion and participate in follow-up care.
Requirements
- Certificate from an accredited nursing school or an associate degree in nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN licenses in both Kansas and Missouri are required.
- Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification may be required based on the contract scope of services.
- At least three years of Registered Nurse experience in an emergency room, primary care, or ambulatory care clinic is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in emergency room, urgent care, ambulatory, or primary care settings.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a four-year college or university.
