Location: San Francisco headquarters; hybrid schedule with Wednesdays working from home

Salary: $150K–$190K plus equity

What you will do

• Build operating metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting across revenue, growth, customers, spending, and efficiency.
• Support financial models, forecasts, budgets, headcount plans, and performance analysis.
• Run strategic company-level analyses and turn cross-functional data into actionable insights.
• Improve spend visibility by developing reporting, identifying trends, and supporting spending decisions.
• Establish operating systems, processes, and reporting cadences for the company’s next stage of growth.
• Partner with leadership and teams across the company on strategic, financial, and operational projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth investing, strategic finance, or another highly analytical environment.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build analyses from scratch.
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions and work effectively with imperfect data.
• Strong business judgment and ability to communicate complex analyses as clear, actionable takeaways.
• Interest in working in a fast-moving startup environment and handling detailed operational work.
