Strategic Finance Lead (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York City, five days per week

What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Finance and CEO on strategic financial planning, decision-making, and fundraising.
• Support financial strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives across go-to-market and operations.
• Build financial models and provide analysis for business expansion, pricing and packaging, and capital efficiency decisions.
• Drive financial discipline and accuracy across financial data and operations.
• Track and optimize revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economics.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or strategic finance at a high-growth startup.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proactive mindset, strong business judgment, and a bias toward action.
• Direct communication style with the ability to drive results through influence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with startup hours.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City five days per week.
