Senior Associate, Finance

Location: Remote within the United States; headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD per year in base cash compensation, plus equity, benefits, and potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own the long-term three-statement monthly operating model, forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Prepare Board reporting and executive review materials, including analysis of forecast variances.
• Build annual and quarterly budgets with department heads and executive leadership.
• Run customer cohort models, financial KPI reviews, and operational analyses.
• Help transform finance processes through AI-native tooling and automated planning and analysis.
• Support financing opportunities, due diligence, and strategic partnership business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst, associate, investment banker, private equity professional, corporate development professional, or equivalent.
• Experience building three-statement financial projection models and scenario models.
• Familiarity with consumer subscription or enterprise SaaS revenue and expense recognition principles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with exceptional attention to detail and communication ability.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Experience with automated financial planning and KPI reviews.
