Sales Support Specialist (Cardiac Monitoring)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $40,000–$55,000 per year, plus a commission target.

What you will do

• Process, review, and track customer and sales orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Respond to customer, patient, and sales inquiries about orders, inventory, shipments, and accounts.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, billing details, pricing information, and interaction records in NetSuite and Validic.
• Support lead processing, new account setup, operational reporting, exception logging, and escalation of customer or patient concerns.
• Coordinate with the third-party warehouse provider to resolve delayed, missing, or damaged shipments.
• Support intake, tracking, and recycling of cardiac monitoring devices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, account support, order management, or a related area.
• Experience processing orders and maintaining customer accounts, billing, pricing, or customer records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems, NetSuite, Validic, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, patient support, inventory, logistics, shipment coordination, or warehouse processes is preferred.
