Associate Territory Manager (Cardiac Medical Devices)

Location: Houston, TX, United States. Field-based work is performed daily in hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other medical establishments within the assigned territory. Regular travel, including driving and occasional train or air travel, is required; evenings and weekends may be necessary.

At-plan compensation: $95,000 annually, including a $70,000 base salary and commission under the sales compensation plan.

What you will do

• Support sales activities, account growth, and territory management for LifeVest and CDx products.
• Educate physicians and support staff through one-on-one discussions, group in-services, exhibits, and conferences.
• Enroll and train customers on the ZOLL Patient Management system.
• Help hospitals and medical offices submit complete orders, reduce order exceptions, and collect documentation for new orders and reorders.
• Provide territory coverage during Territory Manager absences or vacancies and report relevant territory trends.
• Represent ZOLL professionally while implementing field sales plans and applying Integrity and GAP Model Selling skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least one year of sales experience in a strong B2B, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment; or relevant clinical, cardiology, or military leadership experience as specified in the posting.
• Ability to influence clinical decision-making through sales presentations and discussions of clinical data.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive regularly within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to relocate within the Area’s boundaries at the discretion of the Area Director.
• Ability to work in hospitals and medical offices and accommodate occasional evening and weekend customer needs.
