Principal Product Manager, Pads (CMP)

Salary: $147,000–$196,500 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead CMP pad product strategy, portfolio management, market competitiveness, and cross-functional execution.
• Develop business and product strategies based on customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
• Align commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders while prioritizing resources and execution.
• Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to improve capacity, yield, cost, supply continuity, change execution, and customer delivery.
• Support strategic customer engagements and translate customer requirements into actionable product plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles within the semiconductor or advanced materials industry.
• Strong business, financial, and people acumen, including pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic planning experience.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize across cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions in a complex global organization.
• Strong executive presentation and stakeholder-influence skills.
