SBU PLM (Service Product Management)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required 20% of the time; relocation is not available.

Salary: $163,000–$224,000 per year

What you will do

• Own service product line management, product controls, gross margin management, and implementation of sPDPs and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage the service product portfolio through customer engagement, high-value proposition collection, technical requirements, and ROI analysis.
• Develop and implement service roadmaps, including MCOS, LCOS, alternative cost reduction, pricing guidance, spare-level content, and restricted-part orders.
• Own regional service customer sites and collect high-volume manufacturing customer roadmaps and potential challenges.
• Coordinate operations, engineering, AGS sales, marketing, business development, and other intercompany groups to meet cost targets and improve operational metrics.
• Lead complex projects and service strategy alignment across intercompany groups.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the relevant discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems with broad business impact using conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and influence senior stakeholders.
