Data Architect (AI)

Location: Hybrid; qualified candidates must live or relocate within a 180-mile radius of Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona, with regular office attendance.

Salary: $97,000–$142,000 per year, plus potential incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary.

What you will do

• Design and govern scalable data solutions for the Digital Experience ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product teams, enterprise partners, data stewards, and privacy specialists to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Lead data architecture initiatives that support AI and automation adoption.
• Document data impacts, integrations, and end-to-end data flows across products and systems.
• Evaluate new initiatives, create high-level architectural designs, and identify opportunities to simplify data.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience influencing technical solution design, particularly in data architecture, integration, or platform design.
• Experience with data modeling, data lineage, data governance, or data pipeline design.
• Experience with database technologies, data warehousing, streaming platforms, or enterprise data integration patterns.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including technical diagrams.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and guide strategic data decisions.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available.

• Familiarity with AI/ML data requirements and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience working with vendors and integrating with the hirify.global ecosystem.
