IT Systems Administrator Manufacturing and Corporate Systems (Manufacturing)

Location: 100% onsite in the Denver, Colorado area, rotating between the 0ribi, Answer Engineering, and The Den office locations

Salary: $30.14–$45.22 per hour, plus potential annual incentive and/or long-term incentives

What you will do

• Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems and critical services.
• Design, deploy, and maintain technical solutions, documentation, and user training.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, workstation, and desktop application issues.
• Upgrade server hardware, operating systems, and software to maintain security, availability, and functionality.
• Implement, test, and secure data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Coordinate IT support with personnel across hirify.global sites and external service providers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience administering IT systems and resolving user issues, preferably in manufacturing.
• Professional experience, certifications, or projects demonstrating knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012 R2–2022, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and PowerShell.
• Required experience supporting CAD and engineering software such as SolidWorks, Catia, NX, and MATLAB.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies, plus familiarity with VMware, AWS, and Azure.
• Ability to work 100% onsite across office locations in the Denver, Colorado area, with occasional evening and weekend support and travel of up to 10%.
• Fluent written and spoken English; successful background check and reliable acceptable references required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Python, Bash, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or KQL.
• Familiarity with Linux and macOS environments.
• Experience supporting ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, or other critical enterprise software.
