Traveling Field IT Technician

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, with travel to customer and project sites up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel. Paid four-week training takes place in College Station, Texas.

What you will do

• Travel to existing and new customer sites for onboardings, maintenance, network documentation, and assessments.
• Deploy and maintain firewalls, switches, access points, phone systems, and other network equipment.
• Support computers, printers, and specialized KeyTrak equipment across assigned territories.
• Perform toolset deployments, troubleshooting, imaging, and virtualization-related support.
• Maintain repair-parts inventory and update project and technical documentation in the service tracking system.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations in the past three years and no OVI, DUI, or DWI violations in the past five years.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds consistently and travel to project sites, including up to 50% overnight travel.
• Experience with ticketing systems, local exchange, email and server migrations, firewall configuration, Cisco, and networking.
• Knowledge of imaging, VMware virtualization, cabling, telecom circuits, VoIP, VLANs, DNS, BSOD, and Group Policy Objects.
• Direct experience with Microsoft 365, GSuite, Active Directory, Azure AD, and technical documentation.
• Must be able to attend a paid four-week training program in Texas. A one-year college or technical-school certificate is preferred.
