IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer (Azure)

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage servers, networks, cloud services, endpoints, and other IT infrastructure.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, reliability, resource utilization, and costs.
• Perform system updates, patches, backups, and configuration maintenance.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud-based business IT solutions, and ITSM services.
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, network, incident, and service-request issues.
• Implement security policies, conduct audits and vulnerability assessments, maintain documentation, and support infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, servers, networks, endpoints, and device management.
• Required experience with Azure or GCP, plus proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with ITSM applications, virtualization technologies, and network technologies such as Fortinet.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python, along with strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and independent-working skills.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator certification.
