NPT PM - New Product Transition Project/Program Manager (E3 Senior) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Full-time onsite role with 10% travel; relocation is not available.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end success of new product transition programs within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, supplier engineering, and business units.
• Oversee pilot manufacturing builds, track milestones, and support product learning and maturity.
• Resolve operational challenges and improve product designs and manufacturability for commercialization.
• Analyze product readiness, mitigate risks, and manage project resources, deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Present strategic updates to senior stakeholders and drive operational excellence across teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, product lifecycle, and change management processes.
• Experience managing technical programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in matrixed environments involving engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• PMP or Scrum certification.
• Experience with SAP.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
