Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite with 10% travel

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end success of new product transitions within scope, budget, schedule, and the PDP process.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, supplier engineering, and business units.
• Oversee pilot manufacturing builds, milestone execution, product readiness, and production ramp.
• Resolve operational challenges and improve product design, manufacturability, and commercialization strategy.
• Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation actions.
• Present strategic updates to senior stakeholders and drive operational excellence across teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, product lifecycle, and change management.
• Experience managing technical programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in matrixed environments.
• Excellent analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• PMP or Scrum certification.
• Experience with SAP.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
