Technical Project/Program Management III (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage technical programs covering scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Manage PDP activities, including training, framework application, and PDP gate meetings.
• Prepare program documentation, templates, engineering requirements, manufacturing requirements, and gate presentations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and lead mediation and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate new product introduction, manufacturing, order fulfillment, supply chain, material purchasing, and shortage-expediting activities.
• Support product quality, compliance, field service, spare-parts planning, and engineering change or issue-resolution processes.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with program management, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, scope management, and risk management.
• Knowledge of semiconductor product development, hardware portfolios, BOM structures, gas and chemistry flows, quality, reliability, testing, and design-for-excellence practices.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, compliance, EH&S, SEMI standards, DOE, 8D, FMECA, and RCCA processes.
• Ability to work in Kalispell, Montana, or Santa Clara, California; the role includes approximately 20% travel and is not relocation eligible.

Nice to have

• PMP or PDP certification.
• Experience with Teamcenter, COREPlus, SAP ECC, and OneApp Ordering.
• Knowledge of NPI, HVM, slotting, MPP, ELS, TKM, and field service planning.
