What you will do

• Support Team Leaders and Producers in servicing new and existing insurance accounts.
• Handle client requests, including information requests, endorsements, cancellations, and other account services.
• Manage Service Center Accounts and keep service records accurate and complete.
• Review policies, endorsements, audits, and quotations prepared by carriers.
• Use carrier rating systems and agency automation tools effectively.
• Compile data, follow established procedures, and communicate service problems to the Team Leader.

Requirements

• Office experience.
• High school degree.
• Completion or evidence of skills outlined by Commercial Management.
• Working knowledge of insurance procedures, carrier underwriting philosophies, and agency systems.
