What you will do

• Supervise a team of Claims Representatives and Claims Support Specialists to meet quality and service standards.
• Review automobile claim investigations and provide handling recommendations and directions to subordinates.
• Ensure claim adjudication follows company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Determine and grant authority for settlement and payment processes.
• Maintain documented systems for claims policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, coaching, and administrative personnel actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of insurance industry practices, standards, and terminology.
• Experience handling subrogation, property damage, and injury claims.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office products.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment.
