What you will do

• Work with repair facilities to validate, adjudicate, and approve payment for diagnostics and repair recommendations.
• Review pre-sale repairs and customer vehicle warranty claims within established approval limits and industry standards.
• Document claim actions and interactions with repair shops and customers in internal systems.
• Manage assigned pending claims and follow up with repair facilities to reach timely decisions.
• Navigate department resources, process flows, and policies while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Must reside in Texas, Utah, Georgia, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Arizona, or Tennessee.
• High-school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with current automotive mechanical systems and diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures, parts pricing, labor guides, and repair shop practices.
• Clear verbal and written communication, strong negotiation skills, typing proficiency, and general computer skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
