What you will do

  • Coordinate daily production activities, work orders, job sequencing, capacity, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure tooling, materials, and work instructions are available before job release.
  • Track production status, inventory, tooling usage, and replenishment through ERP/MRP systems.
  • Identify bottlenecks and help resolve scheduling and production risks.
  • Maintain digital travelers, inspection records, and production logs.
  • Support continuous improvement and process optimization across manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant aerospace or precision-machining experience.
  • At least one year of administrative or production-support experience in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with CNC machining, blueprint reading, tooling, production workflows, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of AS9100 aerospace standards and FAA regulations.
  • Strong organization, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills; ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

  • Aerospace manufacturing experience in tight-tolerance environments.
  • Knowledge of First Article Inspection, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
  • APICS or supply-chain training, tool crib management, production control, or inventory systems experience.
