Collections Supervisor (Fintech)

Location: Remote work from within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah; shift is 11:30 AM–8:00 PM.

What you will do

• Lead agent growth, development, and performance across the collections team.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on customer interaction and collection methods.
• Monitor team behavior, service levels, saturation, and account documentation.
• Motivate employees, set monthly goals, and communicate action plans.
• Handle escalated customer situations and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Respond to team and department questions while completing administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Experience in collections.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and engage others around a shared purpose.
• Ability to work with urgency, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel functions and formulas are beneficial.
• General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
