Bilingual Collections Specialist

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $19 per hour plus bonus

What you will do

• Increase the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department.
• Identify overdue accounts and find solutions to bring delinquent loans current.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with clients to resolve outstanding debts.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals and performance metrics.
• Follow hirify.global's collections policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
• Knowledge of sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, professional, and able to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Prior telemarketing experience with financial products.
