Fleet Servicing Specialist II (Automotive Finance)

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States (hybrid); two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Service fleet accounts through inbound, outbound, and email channels, resolving billing, account, portal, and general servicing inquiries.
• Maintain complex, high-exposure accounts and use collection tools to support retention and timely resolution.
• Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with internal departments, customers, dealers, and external vendors.
• Assist with projects, research, special assignments, process enhancements, and implementation of new departmental processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert and train new Fleet Servicing employees.
• Follow company policies, servicing procedures, and legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive servicing systems, web applications, dealership operations, fleet and commercial auto finance, and fleet servicing strategies.
• Knowledge of state and federal requirements, including FDCPA, SCRA, repossession, and bankruptcy regulations.
• Strong communication, listening, organizational, analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and interact with all levels of management.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot in daily workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection.
