Senior Loan Sales Consultant (Personal Loans)

Location: Dallas, Texas; remote and hybrid work available in Texas and Florida. Remote opportunities are also available for certain roles across the United States. Work hours: an 8-hour shift between 8:00am and 10:00pm CST, including one weekend day.

Total compensation: $85,000–$130,000+ per year, including hourly base pay, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives.

What you will do

• Close personal loan sales by moving prospects through the application process within one to two calls.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions at different stages of the pipeline.
• Identify customer needs, including medical debt and home repairs, and explain how personal loan products address them.
• Exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience; outbound call center experience is preferred.
• Proven success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce or a similar CRM while maintaining an engaging sales conversation.
• Availability for an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday.
