Senior Recruiter (Pharma)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide consultative recruitment support.
• Review applicants, conduct structured phone interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate skills testing when required.
• Build candidate pipelines through Boolean search, resume databases, networking, social media, and deep-web sourcing.
• Create targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and communicate tailored value propositions to candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, maintain engagement, communicate search updates, and support offer acceptance.
• Track recruiting activity, report search progress, identify market challenges, and ensure compliance with OFCCP and related standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is required; pharmaceutical sales recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience with deep-web sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to demonstrate industry or segment expertise and follow documented compliance processes.
