Senior Specialist, Epic Solution Delivery (Epic)

What you will do

• Design and configure complex Epic workflows, custom solutions, and integrations based on detailed requirements.
• Support planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery of Epic implementation projects.
• Lead smaller Epic projects, development initiatives, features, and advanced module configurations.
• Perform detailed testing and validation, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure solutions meet user requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders; provide knowledge transfer and end-user training.
• Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts and provide feedback on improvements to the Epic system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery.
• 5+ years of Epic experience with advanced knowledge of configurations, workflows, best practices, and multiple Epic modules.
• Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Maintained Epic certification in at least one relevant application: Cadence or Prelude.
• Ability to lead smaller project teams and development initiatives independently, with strong project management, reporting, risk management, and time-tracking skills.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
