Senior Manager, IT Business Applications (Oracle ERP): Supporting and improving Oracle ERP Cloud applications for Japan’s supply chain and finance functions with an accent on system integration, process optimization, and compliance. What you will do
- Provide system support for Japan business applications, including Oracle Supply Chain and Financial applications.
- Improve the efficiency of Japan Supply Chain and Finance teams through Oracle ERP Cloud features, process optimization, training, and user assistance.
- Lead requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, upgrades, integrations, and business process improvements across multiple IT initiatives.
- Support acquisition integration through data mapping, data conversion, system configuration, and process revisions.
- Lead onshore and offshore teams while coordinating global and local requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain service quality, system reliability, governance, audit readiness, SOX compliance, and GDPR compliance.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience with Oracle ERP applications and at least 4 years working with Oracle ERP, P2P, and Supply Chain Cloud applications.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud applications in Japan and 7–10 years in senior IT or business applications roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams, strategic projects, and offshore delivery models in a global organization.
- Fluent Japanese and English are required.
- Experience with Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, tax, SDLC, data structures, controls, testing, and end-to-end process flows.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or ERP Cloud implementations, Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware, AIM methodology, business process engineering, and project management tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, and other cloud integration middleware products.
- Experience developing and executing test plans and working with varied customers across the world.
