Senior Director, Demand Generation (Remote)

Salary: $181,317–$326,371 per year, plus variable pay opportunity

What you will do

• Lead cross-channel demand generation and growth initiatives for hirify.global Insurance.
• Evaluate, pilot, and scale new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources.
• Set execution standards, budget allocation frameworks, pacing models, and performance diagnostics across marketing channels.
• Partner with analytics and decision science teams on targeting, segmentation, lead scoring, routing, and bidding logic.
• Build experimentation frameworks and guide marketing UX testing with Product partners.
• Manage demand forecasting and scenario planning, connecting spend, lead volume, conversion, partner capacity, and ROAS.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and launching and scaling new channels.
• Knowledge of the personal lines insurance industry and its competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States; minor travel is required.
