Williamsport Plant Controller (Manufacturing)

Location: Williamsport, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the plant

What you will do

• Analyze and forecast manufacturing variances to support operational and financial decisions.
• Partner with plant management to deliver productivity savings and meet budget commitments.
• Lead plant-wide budgeting, forecasting, and the annual capital budget, including financial justification and expenditure control.
• Oversee physical inventory counts, asset and liability records, product cost standards, and transaction accuracy.
• Ensure timely reporting and monthly closings for operations and corporate stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits and contribute to initiatives that strengthen plant performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in plant accounting or financial controlling.
• Strong collaboration, communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and independent working skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• CPA, CGMA, or CMA certification.
