Plant Controller, Multi-Site Manufacturing – Tuscola, IL Onsite

Location: Tuscola, Illinois, United States; fully onsite five days a week

Salary: $120,200–$174,300 per year, plus annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and direct financial activities for a complex manufacturing site.
• Oversee general accounting, financial reporting, statutory and tax filings, and legal compliance.
• Manage general ledger transactions and accounting practices covering payables, receivables, inventories, and fixed assets.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and consolidate global financial statements.
• Develop forecasts, analyses, budgets, and financial information for senior management.
• Lead capital, expansion, pricing, product-line, and profitability analyses while managing and developing finance staff.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of accounting and financial principles and strong knowledge of statutory and tax reporting requirements.
• Experience managing multiple sites is preferred.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information, build trust, and gain organizational support.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing the performance and development of finance staff.
