Plant Controller (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Medina, New York, United States

Salary: $112,000–$154,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Provide financial leadership and decision support as a member of the Plant Leadership Team.
• Manage plant financial records, including profit and loss statements, balance sheet reporting, GAAP, SOX, and company-policy compliance.
• Lead annual budgets, long-range plans, quarterly forecasts, weekly reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Analyze financial performance and drive accountability for manufacturing variances, operating income, cash flow, capital spending, and margin improvement.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities and develop action plans that support profitable growth.
• Partner with FP&A, Global ISC, Business Services, and other stakeholders while developing financial capabilities across finance and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, supply-chain finance, or a related operational-finance environment.
• Experience with standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, capital-investment analysis, and financial controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and continuous improvement in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience with Lean principles and continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Experience in a complex, global, matrixed environment.
