Financial Controller (AI & Automation)

Location: Peachtree City, Georgia, United States; 80% onsite and 20% remote. Current US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this US position.

What you will do

• Own functional cost centers, Opex management, headcount monitoring, resource allocation, and cost-per-FTE analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, operational planning, monthly variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and align financial governance across hirify.global, Airbus, Services, and regional accounting networks.
• Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and business development teams on profitability analytics, margin targets, and commercial expansion decisions.
• Support the MMIP project by defining financial processes for New Parts, Used Parts, and Flight Hour Services.
• Design harmonized financial and accounting structures covering inventory valuation, ERP configuration, and cross-functional material flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, cost accounting, or performance management.
• Experience with corporate financial cycles, including closing support, budgeting, forecasting, and overhead control.
• Deep operational knowledge of SAP FI/CO, business intelligence and reporting tools, and Google Workspace.
• Experience using AI-driven tools, predictive analytics, or automation workflows for scalable reporting models.
• Knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management principles, plus DCF valuation, CAPEX planning, and NPV analysis.
