Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager (Automotive Finance)

Location: Remote within the United States; Hartford, CT. Travel greater than 75% with some overnight travel required.

Salary: $50,000 per year base pay, plus performance-based compensation, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commissions.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain automotive dealership clients.
• Build relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers and present financing solutions.
• Manage servicing for the automotive floorplan portfolio and resolve client concerns.
• Monitor dealership conditions, account performance, loan balances, and payment trends.
• Develop risk assessments, evaluate dealership creditworthiness, and support compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and train dealerships on financing products and services.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and strong financial acumen.
• At least 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections; 3 years of related experience with a BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, collection, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to travel, fly, and drive more than 75%; a valid driver’s license is required.
