Software Engineer III (SaaS)

What you will do

• Design and develop complex software components and systems.
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
• Partner with product management and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance and scalability while supporting security and compliance controls.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.
• Ability to independently lead technical initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.
• Must work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
