Senior Software Engineer, Technical Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote; can be performed from anywhere. Occasional travel for team meetings or events is expected, approximately 10%.

Salary: $133,000–$173,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, integration, and delivery of enterprise solutions for Procurement, Finance, HR, Employee Services, and related business functions.
• Define integration standards, API governance frameworks, reusable design patterns, and enterprise platform best practices.
• Design and support complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, file-based integrations, and middleware.
• Lead Oracle Fusion customization and extension initiatives, including Visual Builder Studio, Redwood UI, PaaS extensions, and low-code/no-code workflows.
• Build AI-enabled enterprise workflows using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio, OCI AI Services, and enterprise orchestration capabilities.
• Lead technical workstreams, conduct architecture reviews, mentor engineers and integration developers, and partner with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud architecture, design, and development experience.
• 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, VBS/VBCS, BIP, and OTBI.
• 6+ years supporting Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Finance, HR, and Employee Services processes, plus experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Workday or related platforms.
• 4+ years leading enterprise integration initiatives, architecture reviews, and technical delivery teams.
• Experience with JavaScript, JSON/XML processing, API security, OAuth2, certificates, API gateways, distributed systems, and AI-enabled workflow governance.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Moveworks, IBM watsonx, ServiceNow Now Assist, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
• Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio, OIC MCP, Agent-to-Agent, and emerging AI orchestration frameworks.
