Sr. Associate Engineer

Location: Rapid City, South Dakota, United States; onsite five days per week. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering changes and releases in the Teamcenter engineering application using the Global Engineering Change process.
• Review CAD models, drawings, notices, and supporting geometry for compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
• Collect and analyze PLM dashboards related to engineering changes, design control security, and design control ownership.
• Perform user acceptance testing and support Teamcenter applications, including training for engineering process partners.
• Lead quality, efficiency, and process improvements and communicate engineering software best practices and changes.
• Manage complex tasks independently while coordinating collaborative projects and leading other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of information capture, standard operating procedures, analytical thinking, effective communication, product testing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to document business information, design and evaluate SOPs, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
• Experience with product development requirements documentation, user acceptance testing, and engineering PLM projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with engineering clients and process partners.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
