What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and select electrical components and equipment.
- Support new product introduction through electronic circuitry design, PCB layout, procurement coordination, and deadline management.
- Analyze and debug interface circuits for customer applications and resolve product issues with minimal production disruption.
- Review products for electromagnetic compatibility and ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional troubleshooting with manufacturing and engineering teams to reduce defects.
- Develop testing hardware and software for manufacturing operations and new product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of related engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience designing, developing, and testing electrical components, equipment, and machinery.
- Experience with CAD circuit design, circuit simulation, EMC design, root cause analysis, and worst-case analysis.
- Ability to use voltmeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, Helmholtz coils, and frequency generators.
- Strong planning, communication, organization, teamwork, and independent problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Altium experience.
- Experience with Design and Process FMEAs.
- Experience in the automobile or commercial vehicle industry.
