Sr. Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Implement the hirify.global Fulfillment System across the Order-to-Cash value chain.
• Lead and coordinate New Product Introductions within operations.
• Drive facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by creating and implementing policies, procedures, process documentation, and operational standards.
• Optimize product, material, and information flows to improve flexibility, responsiveness, efficiency, and operating cost.
• Define area layouts and processes, and justify, select, and implement production equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience in a similar working environment.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methods.
• Experience working in high-mix, low-volume and high-volume, low-mix production environments.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment involving regular standing and walking and occasional lifting of 25–50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or ProE.
• Project management certification.
• Experience leading projects and managing shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
