Strategic Pursuits Lead, RevOps (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid work with staff expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time

Annual compensation: $1–$2 USD OTE

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end orchestration of the company’s most strategic and complex enterprise pursuits.
• Own C-suite relationships and executive discussions in partnership with account teams and field leadership.
• Design account strategies that position Claude as mission-critical infrastructure for enterprise transformation.
• Coordinate product, research, partnerships, legal, sales, technical, and executive stakeholders to shape bespoke solutions.
• Develop commercial structures, deployment models, and partnership frameworks for complex engagements.
• Represent Anthropic in negotiations, codify successful approaches into playbooks, and plan account handoffs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, including at least 7+ years leading strategic deals or major account pursuits.
• Experience closing multiple $50M–$100M+ enterprise technology deals with Fortune 100 companies as the primary deal owner.
• Deep expertise in complex B2B sales cycles, C-suite engagement, technical validation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI/ML deployment models, cloud infrastructure, and API integration patterns.
• Experience navigating Fortune 500 procurement, legal, security, and compliance processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
