Industrial Mechanic Technician (Maintenance)

Location: On-site in Timonium, Maryland, United States. Candidates must be available for all scheduled hours, required overtime, and holidays. C-Shift runs Thursday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, plus Wednesday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM. D-Shift runs Thursday PM–Sunday AM, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, plus every other Wednesday PM–Thursday AM.

Salary: $32–$36 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Assemble, maintain, calibrate, test, and improve automated and semi-automated manufacturing machinery.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Repair equipment to maintain reliable performance in a continuous production environment.
• Execute maintenance work orders and document completed work accurately in the CMMS system.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations, Engineering, and contractors to support production goals safely.
• Follow Environmental Health, Safety, and Quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read manuals, technical documents, blueprints, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently and stand, reach, bend, squat, and kneel throughout the shift.
• Ability to work the assigned shift, overtime, and holidays in an on-site production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with hazardous waste handling and electrical work.
• Experience with injection molding and melt-blown processes.
