TL;DR
Equipment/Maintenance Technician - Temp (Industrial Maintenance): Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and selected facility systems with an accent on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems. Focus on diagnosing root causes, responding to urgent breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and improving equipment reliability and uptime.
Location: Attleboro, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite work in a manufacturing environment; applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements.
Salary: $30–$38 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical equipment.
- Respond independently to breakdowns and urgent production-related maintenance needs.
- Diagnose equipment failure root causes and support corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, manuals, and related documentation.
- Support equipment installation, setup, adjustment, relocation, reliability improvements, maintenance records, contractors, and vendors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with experience in pneumatics and basic hydraulics.
- Experience with preventive maintenance on industrial or manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations.
Nice to have
- Experience with legacy equipment, ovens, CNC equipment, dicing or saw equipment, screen printers, or similar process equipment.
- Basic PLC and electrical controls troubleshooting experience.
- Technical school, vocational training, or an associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, mechanical systems, or mechatronics.
- Experience with CMMS or preventive maintenance systems.
