Director, Reliability Maintenance Management

Location: Main Home Office Building AR, Bentonville, United States

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead reliability maintenance strategies across large-scale facilities to improve operational continuity and asset performance.
• Oversee troubleshooting standards and vendor relationships to resolve technical issues and maintain contractual and quality compliance.
• Develop evaluation metrics and use data analysis to improve hardware reliability programs and support strategic decisions.
• Lead cross-functional operational excellence, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise on procurement, contract management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Align maintenance programs with business objectives, safety requirements, and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of experience in maintenance, operations, or a related field; alternatively, 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in multi-unit maintenance support.
• Extensive experience in reliability-centered maintenance and operational excellence within large-scale facilities.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Expertise in change management, business process improvement, data analysis, project delivery, contract management, and budgeting.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and business information and maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with heavy equipment or a related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional task forces or projects.
• Supervisory experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
