Field Auditing Quality Manager

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire, United Kingdom; hybrid office-based role with routine travel to hirify.global and client offices across the UK.

What you will do

• Lead and line-manage regionally based field auditing teams across England and Wales.
• Define and maintain audit frameworks, standards, methodologies, and quality assurance procedures.
• Review compliance and technical audit reports, findings, evidence, and outputs for consistency and accuracy.
• Manage non-conformance reports, corrective actions, closure effectiveness, KPIs, SLAs, and audit quality metrics.
• Provide technical guidance on building services, Mechanical & Electrical Services, Facilities Management, and Health & Safety compliance.
• Develop reporting dashboards and data insights in Power BI while driving continuous improvement in audit delivery.

Requirements

• At least five years of management experience in Facilities Management audit services, M&E, building fabric, and Health & Safety operations.
• Broad Facilities Management experience in quality assurance of compliance and technical audits.
• Strong knowledge of building compliance, statutory and mandatory requirements, legislation, contracts, and service specifications.
• Qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Services, C&G, HND, or a related technical discipline; recognised QA assessment qualification for building or mechanical services.
• Intermediate skills in CAFM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Full UK driving licence and the ability to hold or pass SC security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Degree in a relevant Health & Safety or technical discipline.
• Building Engineering qualification and relevant professional membership.
• ISO 9001 internal auditing, ISO 14001 environmental auditing, ISO 19011, or ISO 45001 auditing experience.
• Experience auditing Facilities Management-related services.
