Maintenance - Building & Grounds (1st Shift)

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin, with duties at the De Pere and Green Bay facilities

Salary: $40,560–$64,480 yearly; disclosed pay range of $19.50–$31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain plant mechanical systems, including boilers, air compressors, HVAC units, air handling units, and dust collection equipment.
• Perform building maintenance across interior and exterior areas, including entrances, conference rooms, and employee work areas.
• Assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, equipment repair, and installation projects.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and operational checks while maintaining records, work orders, and time reports.
• Operate scissor lifts and forklifts after completing the required training.
• Follow plant safety policies and recommend improvements to operations, products, and training.

Requirements

• Troubleshooting and repair skills for mechanical and electrical problems.
• Ability to use powered hand tools and lift up to 50 pounds.
• General knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems preferred.
• Ability to assist external vendors with equipment repair and installation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Availability for first shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; every other Saturday may be required.
