Salary: $27.00–$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Install, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as well as fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose complex equipment and facility issues, troubleshoot failures, and help minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate asset, maintenance, inspection, and daily checklist documentation.
• Coordinate with site leadership, Quality Assurance, landlords, vendors, and maintenance partners.
• Support safety, sanitation, cGMP, SQF, and environmental compliance, and train employees on safe equipment operation.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in a similar manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of food manufacturing, processing, and packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, conveyor, safety, and powered industrial truck systems.
• Fabrication and welding skills, with the ability to read manuals, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and frequently stand, climb, bend, and walk in warehouse and manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Good Manufacturing Practices certification.
• Food manufacturing and warehousing experience.
• Fleet vehicle, project management, and vendor management experience.
• Electrician license.
