Apartment Maintenance Manager - Emory Point

Location: Onsite at Emory Point in Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary: $84,000–$91,000 annually, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and potential quarterly customer service bonuses of up to $250 per month.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a maintenance team with at least one direct report.
• Manage property maintenance, vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests.
• Provide high-quality service to residents and team members.
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure they are addressed.
• Maintain compliance with operating procedures, regulations, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
• Manage the maintenance budget while maintaining quality and customer service standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in the property management industry.
• 1–3 years of experience leading teams in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts of at least one week per month.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, organization, and customer service orientation.
