Facilities Manager

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at a high-volume venue with varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods and special events.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, schedule, train, and develop Facilities team members and Porters.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of venue equipment, entertainment technology, building systems, infrastructure, and grounds.
• Manage spare parts, maintenance supplies, equipment inventory, department budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with Operations and proactively address issues before they affect guests or team members.
• Maintain safety, health, environmental, and city, county, state, and federal regulatory compliance.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and balance proactive work with reactive repairs in a high-volume venue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of facilities management experience in a large or multi-unit venue.
• Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or electrical journeyman-level experience.
• Knowledge of welding, soldering, building maintenance, construction, and mechanical and electrical repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent, a clean driving record, and strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. frequently, work at varying heights and in restricted spaces, operate motorized equipment, and work in extreme temperatures and elevated noise levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify. Must be at least 21 years old where required by state or local law.
