Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Program Manager

Location: On-site at a customer site in Redmond, Washington, United States

Salary: USD 101,200–131,500 yearly, dependent on experience

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage occupational health and safety programs.
• Advise stakeholders on hazard controls, safety training, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
• Perform industrial hygiene monitoring.
• Conduct incident and injury investigations, risk assessments, audits, walkthroughs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with safety professionals and multiple stakeholder groups while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, safety management, industrial hygiene, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of occupational health and safety experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in occupational health and safety, high-technology, or R&D environments.
• Experience creating and implementing safety programs.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and risk-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, high-volume, high-growth environment while managing multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification or ability to obtain it.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or ability to obtain it.
• Consulting experience.
• Experience with laser and drone safety.
