Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Senior Health and Safety Manager, ANS (Construction Safety)

Location: East Wenatchee, Washington, United States; onsite at the client site

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, review, and manage project-specific EHS plans aligned with the Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee prevention strategies and controls for high-risk activities, including work at heights, electrical work, and confined spaces.
• Coordinate risk assessments and integrate hazard controls into project schedules and planning.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits, document findings, investigate incidents and near-misses, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead weekly safety meetings, safety committees, orientations, and training communications for a diverse workforce.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, the Owner, and construction managers to verify compliance and certify the project EHS plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction or safety management, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• 3+ years of senior-level safety management or design management experience.
• Onsite work at the client site in East Wenatchee, Washington is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety controls.

Nice to have

• Understanding of emergency action and crisis management plans, drills, and emergency procedures.
• Experience overseeing access control, fire prevention, ergonomics, housekeeping, sanitation, PPE, and substance-abuse standards.
• Knowledge of permit systems for hot work, confined space, ground disturbance, critical lifts, energized electrical work, elevated work, ladders, and energy isolation.
• In-depth knowledge of EPA standards.
