Lead Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office from Tuesday through Thursday in Philadelphia or Denver, United States. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Salary: $73,000–$85,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus of typically 10%.

What you will do

• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and proposed solution recommendations.
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
• Define and refine test conditions and coordinate testing to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and functionality.
• Identify, track, report, and drive timely resolution of issues while communicating required changes to development teams.
• Collaborate with clients to identify needs, evaluate alternative business solutions, and lead meetings.
• Prioritize work, assign and review tasks, solve complex problems, and mentor employees across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least eight years of experience in testing and/or systems.
• Thorough understanding of operational procedures and systems.
• Ability to work three days per week onsite in Philadelphia or Denver.

• SAFe Agile experience.
• Programming or IT background.
